Fruit Basket Candle
Has a villager ever delivered you a fruit basket? If not, here's one just for you!
Scented like fruit punch, rosemary and assorted red berries, this sweet candle will remind you of a pleasant fruit section at a local market.
Packaged in a reusable burlap bag. A candle care card will also be provided.

If your candle reaches you with little droplets of liquid on the surface, don't fret! It is due to Singapore weather being extremely humid and the change in temperature when the candle travels to you may cause it to sweat as soy wax has a naturally high oil content. Simply wipe off with a tissue and use as normal.
Total weight of candle = 400g.
Candle Care Tips -
During the first burn, make sure the wax melts all the way to the sides of the candle jar. This is to prevent the wax tunneling for future burns and is the most important candle care tip.
Do not burn for more than 4 consecutive hours.
Keep the wick trimmed to 5mm before and after each burn. This helps the candle burn better. If you don't have a wick trimmer, you may use your fingers to pinch the charred wick end off once the candle has cooled.
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Avoid drafts, vents or air currents.
Do not leave lit candle unattended especially if you have children and/or pets.

International shipping prices depend on the estimated weight of the total package as well as whether you choose standard or registered delivery. You may try to play around with the amount of items in 1 order to get the cheapest rate to ship your parcel.

What does it mean when a parcel is split? It means the weight of the total package has exceeded the postage tier that you paid for. Exceeding a tier means that the price of postage almost doubles.
When this happens, I will take it upon myself to split the parcel into 2 tracked deliveries. I will drop you an email to inform you that this will be happening and I will then send you 2 tracking numbers. Splitting of parcels typically only happens with Registered Delivery.
International Shipping (Worldwide)
Standard Delivery = No tracking, the cheaper option. I will not be responsible for any lost mail and there will be no refunds since there is no proof the package didn't arrive.
Registered Delivery = Tracked delivery. Compensation for missing registered mail will be made by the post office.
International Shipping/Customs Fees -
I am not responsible for any potential customs fees on international packages. UK and EU orders (as of June 2021) may be charged VAT upon delivery of your package. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country, so please provide your mobile number upon checkout.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of handmade products that are meant to be used on the body and skin, even if unopened, I do not accept any returns or exchanges but please reach out to me if you have any issues with your order via the contact sheet or email.
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be issued for -
- Lost mail if the customer has chosen 'standard delivery' upon checkout as it is already stated that the parcel is untracked
- Customers who enter the wrong address upon checkout. Please triple check your shipping addresses!
- Customers who end up not liking the product due to personal reasons unrelated to the transaction (eg workmanship, scent, colour)
- Customers who misuse the product in a way that it is not designed to be, resulting in a non-functional purchase
- Customers who have simply changed their minds
Damages and/or Wrong Products
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can have a closer look at the issue and solve the problem.
