Processing Time -
I aim to dispatch orders within 7 to 10 working days from the day of payment. International delivery may take up to 8 weeks (or more) to reach you. Please read the header banner on my website for more up-to-date announcements.
Christmas Period Announcements -
I will be on holiday (as I'm getting married!) from the 21st of October 2022 to 12th November 2022 - any orders placed during this period will have a delayed dispatch time. Thank you for understanding!
Do note I can currently unable to ship parcels above 2kg overseas. You may split your parcels into 2 orders but you will still need to pay for shipping twice.
Please allow for extra shipping time because of COVID-19. All customers will receive a dispatch email when I have posted your orders. If it has been more than 12 days and you haven't received a dispatch email, please drop me a message on Instagram or check my IG stories for any announcements on delays!

International shipping prices depend on the estimated weight of the total package as well as whether you choose standard or registered delivery. You may try to play around with the amount of items in 1 order to get the cheapest rate to ship your parcel.
Standard Delivery VS Registered Delivery -
Please click this link for updates on SingPost's delivery status to your country BEFORE making your purchase.
Standard Delivery = No tracking, the cheaper option. I will not be responsible for any lost mail and there will be no refunds since there is no proof the package didn't arrive.
Larger local Singapore orders will be shipped either via Qxpress Delivery or Singpost Registered Delivery - depending on the size of the box. Bigger boxes will be shipped with Qxpress.
Registered Delivery = Tracked delivery. Compensation for missing registered mail will be made by the post office.
From personal experience, certain postal services (USPS, Australia Post and Russian Post for example) hardly scan their parcels. Please be patient if your parcel hasn't been scanned like you expected.

International Shipping/Customs Fees -
I am not responsible for any potential customs fees on international packages. UK and EU orders (as of June 2021) may be charged VAT upon delivery of your package.
When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country, so please provide your mobile number upon checkout.
Handmade Items - What Can You Expect?
As with all handmade items, they are almost never perfect. Air bubbles, uneven bases and colour differences may occur due to it being handcrafted individually. I try to make all my products look as much like the picture published as possible.
If you are uncomfortable with imperfections with any product, please read my review page to be convinced otherwise! Be rest assured that I work very hard and make all my products with care and love.
Please also do a patch test if you know you have sensitive skin. A lot of my products contain skin-safe fragrance oil.
Returns and Exchanges
Please refrain from purchasing handmade items if you expect every piece to look the same and to be without flaw.
Due to the nature of handmade products that are meant to be used on the body and skin, even if unopened, I do not accept any returns or exchanges but please reach out to me if you have any issues with your order via the contact sheet or Instagram DMs.
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be issued for -
- Lost mail if the customer has chosen 'standard delivery' upon checkout as it is already stated that the parcel is untracked
- Customers who enter the wrong address upon checkout. Please triple check your shipping addresses!
- Customers who end up not liking the product due to personal reasons unrelated to the transaction (eg workmanship, scent, colour)
- Customers who misuse the product in a way that it is not designed to be, resulting in a non-functional purchase
- Customers who have simply changed their minds
Damages and/or Wrong Products
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can have a closer look at the issue and solve the problem.
Misusing Discount and/or Promo Codes
From time to time, I will offer email subscribers, Instagram followers, Twitter followers, Ko-Fi supporters and even normal shop visitors some promo codes. Anyone misusing these codes (for example, using the 10% first-order code multiple times with different emails acting as different customers or giving a Ko-Fi exclusive code to someone not subscribed to my Ko-Fi) will be banned from the store and any future orders made by them will be cancelled and refunded.
Please be kind to small business owners - we are just trying to make a living!
I will usually work on an order within hours of it being placed, so I would appreciate if cancellations were made as soon as possible after the purchase. If cancellations are made any later than that and I have already purchased a shipping label, I would require the buyer to refund me the costs for the shipping as shipping labels are non-refundable on SingPost.
